Continuations with the multiple family requests. and without waiting to have photographs...
 
for 5 people:
 
 
  • 250 grams of Semolina (average grain)
  • 4 lemon juices
  • 1 Kg of quite ripe Tomatos
  • 1/2 Green pepper
  • 1/2 Red pepper
  • 1 ou 2 Onions (white preferably)
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 2 clove of garlic
  • 10 Mint sheets
  • Salt
  • 1 glass of Oil of Olive (fruity preferably, with the green growths)
 
  One also can, to add French parsley (or Chinese " coriandre fraiche " ): a large fine chopped bouquet. And growths of onions.
 

     
Put in a pot (sufficient large: approximately 3 times the volume of raw semolina)    
  • 250 grams of Semolina (average grain)
  • 4 lemon juices
   
Mix with a fork = > the semolina starts " to cook "    
     
Put some Tomatos in a robot mixer: let turn quickly long enough to have a very liquid mixture; add salt, make turn, then,    
Pour the tomato juice; to stir up with a fork for mixing well = > the semolina starts " to inflate "    
     
In the bowl of mixer put:    
  • 3 Tomatos
  • 1/4 of Green pepper
  • 1/4 of Red pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/4 Cucumber
  • 1 clove of garlic
   
Make turn (one can also cut each ingredient to the hand...)    
Pour on the semolina; to mix with the fork, and to start again for another bowl    
     
Cut 5 mint sheets finely, mix well to distribute them in all the dish (one can also introduce them before pouring the last bowl)    
     
Then, drip, add if required salt, a clove of garlic, or other    
     
Let " inflate " during 1/2 hour without touching there    
Add the Oil of Olive, mix,    
Lay out 5 whole mint sheets on the surface (for the déco and the amateurs)    
not to more touch during 2 to 3 hours, possibly, to put at expenses 1/2 before being useful.
